Cedric is based in Senegal and manages financial and operational functions in the francophone Africa region in compliance with best practices and local legal statutory requirements. He also plays a central role in managing the finances and operations of the USAID TRACES project.

Cedric has over nine years of experience in finance, internal control, compliance and grants management. Prior to joining NRGI, he was responsible for grant management, donor reporting, performance monitoring, and compliance for various projects at Plan International in the Central African Republic. While at Plan International, he also worked as a regional controlling and compliance specialist for Lake Chad, where he supported both French- and English-speaking teams and participated in the consolidation and analytical review of budgets and financial reports for the region.

Cedric holds an M.B.A. in financial management from the London School of Business and Finance, a B.Sc. in applied accounting from Oxford Brookes University, and is currently completing his ACCA qualifications.
