Sharon Dellarole-Harrison

Based in NRGI’s New York office, Sharon manages human resources in the U.S. and Latin America, working with NRGI’s broader human resources team. In her role she strives to create a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment, prioritizing the creation of cohesion, collaboration and strong employee engagement.

Sharon has over 30 years of experience working in the international nonprofit sector. Prior to joining NRGI, she worked at the International Planned Parenthood Federation/WHR and WITNESS. She is specialized in recruitment at both national and international levels, and has extensive experience across the Americas.

Sharon is bilingual in English and Spanish.
