Will has worked on a broad array of topics at NRGI including tax, illicit financial flows, revenue management, critical minerals and decarbonizing the extractive sector. He also supports NRGI’s regional programs for francophone Africa and Latin America.

Before joining NRGI, Will was a consultant with the Economist Intelligence Unit’s public policy consulting practice in Asia, focusing on economic modeling. Prior to that, he was an economist with for the United Nations Economic Commission for Africa, focusing on natural resource governance, financing for development, international trade and industrial policy. He has also held a number of other roles as a public policy economist.

Will holds an M.Phil. in economics from Oxford University. He speaks English, French and German.
